can my apple watch work with the fitbit app.

The fitbit app doesn't seem to work with my apple watch 2.  I don't have a fitbit watch and just want to connect my apple watch to the fitbit app.  Any suggestions?

The fitbit app works with Fitbit watches.

There is an Apple iPhone app to connect to the Apple Watch.

If you have an Apple Watch, but not an iPhone or other IOS device, I think you are out of luck.

 

Fitbit watches will work with Apple or Android phones, but Apple Watches work only with iPhones.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi, I know that there is an app for my apple watch, I have it, and I do have an iPhone 7, which work great together, but was trying not to have to get a fitbit when I like my apple watch and thought there was a way to work with the fitbit app.  Was just wondering that's all.  Will just use my iPhone, which works with the fitbit app.  Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it.

I see. There is no direct way for the fitbit app to work with the Apple Watch.  The only possibility would be if some third-party developer had written a program to transfer the data, but I haven't heard of any.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
