Resyncing and changing date and time.

I have followed all the tips(i.e. restarting iohone and ipad, deleting apps, troubleshooting dates and times, updating iphone and iphone.) 

the fitbit is still not syncing and it is still the wrong date and time. Any advanced ideas?

Yes. I ended up calling and they are sending a new one. They said it couldn’t be fixed.
