Hi, i just bought a Charge 2 to use with my iphone 6.
connected but when entering the code on the screen, it shows "there was a problem communicating with your tracker. please try again."
- app is latest according to apple store
- tried with another iPhone, same problem.
Any solution?

@rama_isu I moved your post from the Android board into the iOS board as your question relates to set up on your iOS mobile device.
It sounds like you're attempting set up from the Bluetooth settings page on your iOS device. Fitbit trackers have a different Bluetooth setup process that is completed via the Fitbit app. Check out the step-by-step instructions here. Let me know if that helps.
