cant get fitbit connect app onto my iPad.

I'm giving my fitbit charge hr to my cousin for christmas.  I'm set up and synced on my computer but she needs to get the fitbit connect app onto her Ipad so we can sync the fitbit to her Ipad.  We can't find the app on the app store or at fitbit.com.  I have the app on my computer and got it easily from the apple app store when I got the fitbit.

There's no specific Fitbit App for the Ipad, though from dear @LucyAP 's post in another thread

 

At the moment there is not an specific app for iPad. However, you can download the app for iPhone. To do so, follow these steps:

 

1. Open the App Store.
2. In the top-right search field, type "Fitbit."
3. If you do not see the Fitbit app in your search results, please tap "iPad Only" in the top menu bar and then "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu; the Fitbit app should appear.
4. Tap "FREE" then "INSTALL" to install the Fitbit app.
