changing fitbit to another account

i am having trouble switching my fitbit charge hr to my moms account i can get it switched until the part where i have to sync it. so im assuming its something with syncing. if you know whats wrong please let me know.

It's nice to see you around to the Community @brooklynhiniker! Please do the following: 

 

  • Go to account in the bottom of your app
  • Select your Fitbit as I selected my Charge HR
  • Scroll down and select "Remove this device"
  • Try setting it up again on your mom's account afterwards.

Hmmm...very strange my friend @brooklynhiniker Smiley Sad. My best suggestion would be to get in touch with Customer Support directly so they can do a deeper investigation into this and see where the issue is coming from.

 

Just don't forget to mention all the steps you've done so far to avoid getting the same ones.
