I am trying to connect my alta to an iphone 5c using the fitbit app but it gets to the stage when i enter the 4 digit code then goes no further, any suggestions please?

Hello, @joprocter1310! Welcome aboard! :} Have you tried to restart your new tracker? This may help get through the set up process if your tracker is stuck or having some internal issues. You can try doing the process about 3 times and if this doesn't resolve the problem, please try to set it up using a computer and then you can just sync with your phone.

Hi thanks I have tried all this and have tried to sync my tracker with a computer today but it still gets to the entering the 4 digit code then nothing happens

@joprocter1310  Some people have stated that if they delete the app, then reinstall, they are able to complete the setup process.  Perhaps that will help you.
