charge 2 is not receiving Notifications.

hi i have one week old charge 2 and since yesterday i was not shwing any notification when i receive phone calls on iphone 5s

 

all other details like steps are upto date on tracker and app in phone

Hello @mraj, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! 

 

If your tracker is not receiving notifications, first, please make sure these were not turned off my accident on the tracker itself. From the clock face, just press and hold the button, when it vibrates you will be able to see if Notifications were turned on or off. Additionally, it could be a great idea restarting your tracker as well. 

 

If you're still unable to receive Notifications, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Restart your phone, open the app and go to Account > Your Tracker > Notifications and set them up once again.
