My new charge 2 will not connect to my phone. I've typed in the four digit code on my phone and the wheel just keeps spinning saying " connecting to fitbit" but it never does! Am I doing something wrong?
I got the same one today and have an iPhone 6s and mine is doing the same thing... I’ve tried everything with no luck! Hope you have some luck getting it to connect!
