my Fitbit won't sync to the app for the last 48hrs, I've restarted it and the phone, bluetooth off and on again (multiple times!), bluetooth 'forgot the device' - it now cannot find it at all via bluetooth and deleted the whole app and reinstalled and now can't even log in!!! if anyone can help I'd be grateful - thanks in advance

I’ve had the same issue for about a week now. I’ve had no issues with the app syncing for a long time then all of a sudden nothing I do can get the Bluetooth to recognize my charge 2

I finally got mine to work! I had to remove the charge from the Fitbit app and add it back by setting up device as if it were new. It paired to Bluetooth during the set up
