My fitbit will not stay connected to my iphone bluetooth. I have turned on/off, rebooted, deleted the app, pretty much everything. Becoming frustrated between this problem and the lack of text notifications. Getting ready to dump this product

Hello @kugrrly
I understand your having trouble connecting to Bluetooth. I see you have restarted your phone and even deleted the Fitbit app as well without success. What brand of Fitbit do you have? It just might need to be restarted. You will not lose data doing this. You can see how that’s done here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=Restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 Also it’s important to check to see if your iPhone is compatible with the Fitbit app. You can check that here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=Compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
Please let me know if your iPhone is indeed compatible and if it is if restarting your Fitbit resolves the pairing issue.

Hello again @kugrrly
Did you verify that your iOS device is indeed compatible with with Fitbit App? (Changes were made after the update) so you do need to check. The link to check compatible was sent with my previous post.

Hello again @kugrrly
Since you say you also uninstalled then reinstalled the Fitbit app and that too did not solve your problem either I think your only course of action will be to to contact Fitbit Customer Service. Information on contacting Fitbit Customer Service can be found here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB
I’m sorry I couldn’t have been more help. Good luck to you
