charge 5 won't sync

suddenly Charge5 won't sync

Hello @cardiloc 

Maybe I can help. Try to turn your Bluetooth off then on again. If that doesn’t fix the issue go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone and find your Charge 5 on the list of paired devices. Look for the information icon to the right of where your Charge 5 is listed. It will look like the letter i with a circle around it. Tap that then tap forget this device. You will get a message asking you to allow your device to display your iPhone notifications. Tap Allow. Now open your Fitbit App and attempt to sync. You will get a pop up asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Hopefully this gets you back up and running again.
