charge HR not syncing

My charge HR wasnt syncing with my iphone so I google searched the issue and came up with the answer to delete and resynce the device all together. when I did so I get stuck at the "finishing up" stage. the forums now say to update then resync it.  I do not have access to the computer dongle anymore and with out the device being updated i'm unable to "finish up" and sync it to update..

any Ideas on how to get past this issue?

Hi @redcfox and welcome! The following steps should get you back on track:

 

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Try updating your tracker again.

Please do not unpair and re-pair your tracker if you are stuck in a firmware update.
