This morning my Inspire 2 just stopped syncing so I did the usual disconnect Bluetooth and pairing it again to no avail. I then removed it to set it up again but then i got this com.Fitbit.HTTP error 403 response. Contacted customer support and this is what I did according to their guidance:
1. updated my iPhone to the latest iOS - error persisted
2. force quit app and restart - error persisted
3. restarted iPhone - error persisted
4. disabled Bluetooth, reinstalled Fitbit, turned on Bluetooth again - error persisted
Right now they’re saying this error is common and they don’t have an answer. I was told to regularly check this community page to see when a resolution has been found. Anyone found any resolution? There’s no other thread about this issue with Inspire 2 and iPhone app.
