connecting to tracker

I am trying to connect to my fitbit from Iphone and it says we found your charge ! but at the bottom it says connecting to tracker and its been doing it for about 30 minutes ??? with nothing just a spinning circle. I need help. I closed the app and started it again but still the same results.

Let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times make sure to follow the instructions that @AlejandraFitbit in a row then reboot your mobile device.
