Tried everything in the manual and on screen instructions. The device doesn't even show up on the available device screen in iPhone. Won't find it on my laptop either

I just got a flex and it doesn't seem to have the sleep tile or steps taken tile. The dashboard only shows calories, exercise goal, water, food and weight. I have an iPhone 5c

@Jarcay Whenever there is an instance where somebody can't set up something, I generally like to start completely from scratch. I'd recommend:

1. Restarting your tracker.

2. Rebooting your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Use the replacement setup mentioned here to add your tracker to your already-existing Fitbit account.

Let me know if this helps and welcome to the Fitbit Community!

As it turns out, the reason all my attempts failed is because I purchased a charge HR but they delivered an Charge instead. No HR monitor. Which was one of my purchase points. Now what? How do I exchange for the right product. They are virtually the same except for the HR function.
