i have made a custom food and then added it to my food log under evening snack & when i go back a hour later the food has disappeared from my food log! also the food is not in my list of custom foods?!
have checked on the dashboard and there is no record of the food either???!!!

Perhaps it has to do with the Dashboard not loading all information up correctly. I'd recommend that you log out of the app and then back in. That regularly helps when some information is missing.

I am having the same problem, I keep adding a custom food with all the nutritional details etc and once I press save it completely disappears, can you help?

Like I mentioned above, it could be that the Dashboard is not loading all of the information up correctly. Could you confirm if you did try to log out and then back into your account?
