does not sync!

i stopped wearing ny charge hr for 3 weeks. now it completes the sync but foes not show any results despite the fitbit counting strps normally on my wrist. any idea what shall i do?

@elbobz Welcome to the Community, I think I can help you out! I would recommend:

1. Making sure that you are using iOS Fitbit App version 2.25. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store if you haven't updated already.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

This should help, but please keep me posted either way!
