I got a notification indicating that we could download our content from my Fitbit content before moving to Google account. I have tried for 3 days now and each time I do, it gets stuck at 85%. In this third attempt, I have been stuck at "85%" download for 20 hours now. I cancelled the previous 2 times and then got notice I could only do this once every 24 hours so I am reluctant to cancel it a third time. I am doing this on safari on my Mac, not on my phone. Why can't I download my data?

@scntst I've moved your post to the iOS App board because that is a better fit for this topic. I'm an Android user, so I don't have any answers to your questions, but I'm sure someone else will.

Hi @scntst A moderator answered a similar question this way. You have 11 years of data and that is A LOT of data. They recommended downloading a year at a time. I can’t comment personally. I also don’t know any specifics about a limit to the number of downloads. But I do know that you have until May, because there is a new migration deadline.
