Best AnswerHi, @dicktinsley, I will have a look.
In the meantime, DO NOT BUY THAT APP. The official Fitbit app is completely free.
Please search for Fitbit app for iPhone in the Apple store. That will get you the official, free app,
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
Best AnswerHi, @dicktinsley, try this: Fitbit by Fitbit, Inc.

It works for me, but I am in the UK.
Otherwise go to Apple Store and search for Fitbit iPhone.

Best AnswerHi, @dicktinsley, yes, there seems to be some difficulty loading at the moment and it might be best to wait. You should definitely contact Fitbit directly before downloading any 3rd party app.
Basically:
--.The Fitbit app for iPad and iPhone are the same, so you will need to search for iPhone app in the official Apple Store
-- The Fitbit app for iPhone (which is the same for iPad) is FREE. Any chargeable app is NOT the correct app, so do not buy/ download it.
