I have iphone 7 plus software 12.4 and an Alta HR
I was having trouble synching time after travelling across many time zones and tried some of the suggestions but none worked so I updated the app.
The app then would send screen blank then disappear when I tried to open it so reloaded the app and when I tried to open the app the screen goes blank in the app store.
Help!

I think my best suggestion would be to uninstall then reinstall the Fitbit app entirely then shut down your phone, restart your phone and reinstall the Fitbit app from the App Store. This will give you a clean install. Just make sure your Bluetooth is on before you reinstall the app. Once you install the app your Bluetooth with request a pairing with the new app. You will not lose any data if you do a total reinstall I promise.
