Fitbit not showing steps, notifications, heart rate, tracking sleep etc

About a week ago my Fitbit versa stopped recording my steps. I reset it and it started working again. Then again the following day it stopped again. Now it’s not doing anything other than showing me the time. I can set alarms but it’s pretty useless as a fitness tracker right now. I’ve done a factory reset, shut down and restarted it, uninstalled the app etc and nothing!! 

 

It’s still under warranty and am tempted to return it!

It appears as if you have done a lot to try and fix the issue. I would also check to make sure your iOS device is compatible with the updated Fitbit App. You can check that information here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315/?q=Compatible&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

 If your iOS device is compatible, and you have done all these things to try and repair the issue I would call Fitbit Customer Service and see if there is anything the can offer you in regards to help. You can contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs
