Help--I have a new iphone 15 and my trusty fitbit one worked with it for a bit and then got very erratic. While I can download the fitbit app, when I try to "add new device" (that is, fitbit one), it can't find it...just "searching...."...I've tried everything....reinstalled ap, restarted fitbit, restarted phone...nothing works...it can't seem to find the fitbit with bluetooth. any suggestions??? thanks!

@drhippo Your One is part of your account, unless you removed to from your account for some reason. When you log in to the Fitbit app, is it on your account? Tap on the device battery icon to check. Also, did you remove the One from Bluetooth list on your old phone?
