flex won't sync; alarms i didn't set

My Flex will no longer sync with my iOS app, AND it goes off at about 10:30am and 11am with vibrating alarms that I did NOT set. I don't have any alarms set at all. Obviously, I can't remove them without syncing. Very annoying.

It seems a lot of people are also having the syncing problem. Any help, fitbit?

Hello @suihankii and welcoem to the Fitbit Community!

If you're tracker is not syncing properly, I'd like to suggest following @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips to troubleshoot syncing issues. If that doesn't do the trick, please try to set up your Fitbit tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your phone and your tracker.

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Once your tracker is able to sync again, try deleting the alarms. Give it a try and feel free to reply if you need anything else! Smiley Wink
