floors missing from dashboard

The floors tile is missing from my iOS dashboard. It is not available even when I click on edit to add it back again. It has gone!

It was there until Tuesday, and it still there online on the computer, with no floors tracked since Monday. Please help me get it back.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the FitBit iOS app on your iPhone?

Yes, that was the first thing I did. It made no difference at all.

I have even got my girlfriend to add it to her app, when she does, her floors tile disappears also. When she removes my fitbit again, her floors tile comes back.

Very odd. this is a new item. I have had it for one week.

Which tracker are you using?

The tracker is the Alta,

I'm not keen on it to be honest. It is much harder to use than the old Charge it replaced.

Open dashboard page.

Press and hold on a blank area.

The page changes to an 'edit' page.

Add anything that is missing, then click the tick to save.
