How to stop accidental pausing during exercise?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I love my Versa.

But I hate when I look to my watch 30 min after starting my exercise and find it paused ! Such a bad feeling.

I wear gloves for weights training and bicycle and I thought this could be the problem, but then the watch paused twice at different situations while I was exercising without gloves.

Apparently, any 90 degrees movement of the wrest can cause this frustrating issue because the pause function is programmed on the buttons facing the wrest side.

Anyone facing the same issue and managed to find a solution please help ?

To Fitbit developers:

Please at least add a confirmation step, so that if the user doesn't confirm by touching the screen, then the watch keeps going on exercise mode and ignores any accidental touch of the side buttons.

Thank you.

@BlueReef, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't possible but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.

Let me know how it goes.
