I have no idea why with the new update I'm unable to add new friends. I have a friend of mine who just got a fitbit and she and I are unable to add eachother, we are using the email options bc we dont use facebook and its not allowing us to add eachother. I never had this issue before. Please help. Would love to add her for some friendly competition.

@ATorres Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Are you getting any error messages? Make sure you are typing the correct email address your friend is using for her Fitbit account. Also, there is a chance that it is not letting you add her because an invitation was already sent. Tell her to check on her dashboard if she has an invitation pending.
On the Fitbit app, tell her to check under the friends tab. On the computer tell her to click the "See more" option when she hovers the mouse over the friends tile. She will be able to see any pending invitations there.
Also, what @StevieMede said is correct. Once you send an invitation an email will arrive. Sometimes, Fitbit emails go directly to the junk/spam folders, so she can check there as well.
