getting new phone to recogonize device

my fitbit keeps telling me it cannot find device when I try to sync it and now longer gives text messages,

it worked for a bit yesterday and then keeps giving me this same message.

I understand you have a new phone and your having difficulty with Bluetooth recognizing your Fitbit Tracker. I also noted that you are also experiencing an issue with text notifications. Currently notifications are an issue being addressed by the Fitbit Team. Now as far as your Bluetooth issues I would suggest restarting your Fitbit Tracker. Look here to see how to properly preform a restart (you will not lose your data doing this):https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

😃 I just wanted to check back to see if restarting your Fitbit Tracker did indeed resolve your syncing issues. Please let me know. (I do understand that notifications continues to be an issue)
