hi there, i am struggling to find my gps map after i have gone for a bike ride and pressed start for biking on the watch. At the end of the ride the stats are on the watch, but i cant find the map on the phone app. I have uninstalled the app and re booted my phone and reinstalled app and re synced my fitbit ionic. i am wondering if i am missing something in the settings. i have an iphone 7 plus. thanks heaps.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community @Sarahm64.
Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve this issue before contacting us.
I would recommend checking the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Log > Activities. If you find your GPS map, there might be an issue with the Fitbit app. In this case, you can try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app on your iPhone 7 plus
- Reboot your phone once again
- Log back into the Fitbit app
- Set up your Fitbit Ionic as a replacement device:
- Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
For instructions on how to track GPS activities please visit this article.
I moved this thread to the iOS app board because it is more related to the topic.
Hope this helps.
