help please my mother in law got a fitbir hr and it will not sync to her ipad, also i have been trying to sync to my computer, eg that in a way will be the host and her ipad will sync via bluetooth. but being trying to switch off her hr to re boot and it wont just goes into stop watch help help doing my head in

If your Charge HR is going into stopwatch mode, it means that the button is not being pressed long enough. I found a quick video that will show you how to restart your Charge HR and what the screen shows when you've done it.
