I updated to iOS 13 and updated the Fitbit app yesterday and now every time I get a phone call my blaze continued vibrating after I answer the call with no way of stopping it until it decides to stop itself.

Hello @cstaples04330
Im sorry to see your having trouble with your Blaze vibrating after you answer a call. Maybe trying this can resolve this issue:
- On your Blaze, hold the top right button for 3 seconds and turn off the notifications.
- On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Blaze > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
- Restart your Blaze and reboot your phone.
- Turn back on the notifications on your Blaze and the Fitbit app.
- Try receiving a call notification one more time.
😃 please let me know if this works and solves your issues

Thank you, I just tried those steps and it still continues vibrating during the answered call. Any other suggestions?

Hello again @cstaples04330
Sadly no I don’t but you can keep an eye out on this thread here:
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Blaze-vibrates-on-outgoing-call/m-p/3783307#M114963
Others are experiencing this issue and are discussing it so hopefully keep you updated with possible solutions. You can also contact Fitbit Customer Service as well. Here are different ways you can contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB
Im really sorry I couldn’t be more help.

Very frustrated that this still doesn't seem to be resolved yet. I'm looking to get a new fitness tracker and seeing three months of non-action and a forum that directs us to take actions that don't resolve the issue is very frustrating.
I feel that my tracker isn't lasting as long because I get a lot of calls in the day and it used to last for 4-5 days but only lasts 3 on average. This issue of the tracker continually vibrating even after I immediately answer has me wanting to stomp my watch to get it to stop vibrating.
Can we at least acknowledge that this is still persisting? Is there a plan of action with an ETA for this to be resolved or can it please be confirmed that it never will be?

I am having the same issues. It drives me crazy as I need to be able to see calls coming in without accessing my phone, but I cannot stop the vibrating. Very frustrated. Cannot find answers anywhere. Have tried everything suggested. To no avail. Has anyone found an answer yet?
