Hey guys,
I faced the problem that my versa was not syncing to my iPhone X updated to iOS 13.The error message was switch ON Bluetooth but my Bluetooth is already on
follow these steps
settings>Fitbit>Bluetooth sharing
switch it ON
sync the watch again
solved........
