iOS 14 - Versa 2 No Device Found

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After installing the latest iOS update, my Versa 2 is listed as "no device found" within the app and therefore will not sync.

I have tried downloading the latest update to the app, as well as logging out, force closing the app, restarting my phone and logging in again. I also tried to uninstall, restart my phone, and reinstall but neither of these things has resolved the issue.

I solved the problem with the Charge 3 by simply removing it from the paired bluetooth devices and then re-pairing. Has worked perfectly since. Before that I tried restarting the phone, rebooting the Fitbit, updating the software etc and none of that worked.
