Glitch in heart rate zones in IOS

There seems to be a glitch in IOS (not sure about Android) when you can’t change the “Custom Max Heart Rate”. You can toggle it on but after putting in a new number it reverts to 0 and doesn’t keep the change.

No idea if this is your issue, but I found (on Android), there is a 'Done' button at the top right for after you change the max heart rate.  But that button gets covered up by the numeric keypad that comes up to enter the value.  The only way I can the see that 'Done' button is to tap the down button on my phone, outside of the fitbit app, to make the numeric keypad disappear; then I can tap the 'Done' button to save the value.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Known issue with the iOS app that it immediately goes back to either "0" or the option toggle is set to "Off". You have to change it in the Web Settings page and monitor it for changes as the server resets it back to "Default" - twice in the last 18 days for me.

I believe that @CindiLi is aware of the current workaround that I have posted on both the iOS and Versa boards and maybe the Dashboard board in response to posts.

In fact, I have just verified that she has referenced the workaround in one of her posts.

<<edit>> Not that this issue doesn't rate its own post, because it does. <</edit>>

Yes I know how to fix it, just didn’t see it listed as something to be fixed on this board when I searched.

@JohnnyRow thanks. Unfortunately IOS app doesn’t have a “done” or “save” button so it truly is a glitch.

Mine has a "done" button. Not going to use it for obvious reasons 😉 - this was, as you know, set from the web.
