iOS 2.20 shows exercise times in US format

Just updated to 2.20 and like the new exercise times, but unfortunately it seems for US persons only as the time is in US format (e.g. 8:49 AM and 3:18 PM) even when my phone is set to 24-hour time. If there is an option to have it show 24-hour time, it's pretty well hidden 'cos I can't find it.

(interestingly, the app shows sleep times in 24-hour format...)

Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner! By now there's no way to change the hour format in the Fitbit app. However, you can change it in your online Dashboard settings. If you scroll all the way down you will see the "Time" option. There you can change the format form 12 to 24 Hours. Once you have changed it, don't forget to sync to get this change reflected on your tracker.

I hope this clarifies your inquiry. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for confirming it can't be changed in the app, which is odd since all other times shown in the app (e.g sleep times, hourly activity, etc.) are in 24-hr format.

You're welcome @SunsetRunner! Since this is a setting that is not used on a daily basis the team has decided to keep it on the Online Dashboard to save some space in the Fitbit app. If you believe that this should appear in the Fitbit app, vote for this idea to show support.

Let me know if further questions arise.
