My Fitbit has stopped connecting to the app. Seems to have happened after the latest app update on Friday 13th. App is "looking" for Fitbit. My Fitbit is charging so I presume it is still working, can anyone help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @BmackSmith @Susan55555, hope you both are doing great! I'd recommend following the steps that my friend @DerrickS shared here in order to solve the syncing issues with the iOS devices.
Keep in mind that the post was created a few months ago and the number of the Fitbit app version changed to 2.22.1, but the rest applies for this issue.
Hope that helps!

- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the sleep tile. This is the tile that says "How did you sleep?" or, if you tracked sleep the night before, shows how many hours and minutes you slept.
- Tap the sleep log you want to edit.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner and find an option to edit your sleep log.
- Adjust the time you went to sleep or the time you woke up. Don't forget to save.
