I have an original charge and it’s always synced well with any iPhone I’ve had, iOS version 3.75 broke it just keeps trying to sync shows the amount of steps and then goes back to zero.
yes I’ve restarted my charge several times, nothing seems to help.

Hello @mamoss and welcome to the community. The Charge has been on Fitbit's Legacy Device List since 2020. Please feel free to contact Support for a tech support answer. It's possible that the app has gotten too complex for your Charge to sync.
