Over the last week I've had a problem where my app is not showing my current HR (Inspire HR) and my steps aren't showing as I'm walking (with all day sync turned on). I've resolved this for a short period by turning all day sync off and then on again.
Today it is doing the same thing and when I go to turn all day sync off and on, the all day sync toggle has disappeared. The only way I can get to see my HR constantly is by shutting down the app and reopening or unpairing and then pairing again with bluetooth.
I'm on the latest version of iOS and Fitbit 3.24.1(970). I've checked that the app and device don't need updating and they don't.
Does anyone know if the all day sync toggle is coming back and if this is going to be solved?
Thanks

@Nessaj -
In your phone's Bluetooth settings screen is there a blue-circled "Information Icon" next to your device, or is it missing like mine?
If so, that, in my experience, is the culprit. And yes they know. I had a case opened with support on February 7th due to a FitBit monitor forwarding a post of mine on this board.
My all-day sync option hasn't disappeared, but it is inactive.

I have the exact same issue. Steps as well as heart rate are not updating live as before and I don’t have the All Day Sync option anymore.
I tried reconnecting via bluetooth which worked for a few moments and once again the issue is happening again.

Since my app updated to 3.24.1(970) last night I have the same issue with the missing "all day sync" option and no live data stats. Using an iPhone 8.
My friend's iOS app updated to 3.24.1(970) on Wednesday night and he also lost the live data right after that but oddly still has the "all day sync" option on his iPhone 11.
