@KF5ZAJ thanks for joining us! I see you have performed several troubleshooting steps, however I'd like to suggest restarting your tracker once more by doing the following:
Just out of curiosity which iOS device are you using. It would be a good idea to check that your iOS device is listed in the compatible devices. If you have checked and tried all of the above then I suggest contacting our Support Team for further troubleshooting. They definitely have the proper tools to take a deeper look into your tracker's behavior.
