iOS Do Not Disturb mode not working on Charge 3

Don’t know why with the Charge 3, you thought that it would be a good idea to let it receive Fitbit notifications durring do not disturb in iOS.  This is not done for the Alta (my old Fitbit) or the Charge 2 (my wife’s Fitbit).

Since I wear my Fitbit durring my sleep (for sleep tracking), I get woken up at midnight when my challenges are wrapping up (since they are sending me Fitbit notification) and again when new challenges are starting; even though I have iOS do not disturb enabled.

But if I I want a bedtime reminder on my Charge 3 (which never worked when I got my Charge 3 - because of the Fitbit app not the Charge 3 - and still doesn’t work), you are required to let the Charge 3 show Fitbit notifications.

This makes no sense.  Need to make the Charge 3 work like the Alta and Charge 2 which honored iOS do not disturb.

It's great to welcome you @MarkJacob.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

About the issue you are experiencing with the "Do not Disturb" mode, I recommend restarting your tracker by following the instructions provide in the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device? and then test it. You can also swipe to settings and turn off  the "Notifications during sleep" option.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Already tried that.  The Charge 3 is working as discribed.  See the following:

Not performing as described insection :
DOES MY FITBIT DEVICE RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS WHEN MY PHONE IS IN DO NOT DISTURB, QUIET HOURS, OR DRIVING MODE?

But it here is the problem, sleep tracking doesn’t say I start sleeping until an hour or so after I went to bed .  So when even if I have Notifications Durring Sleep off, it still let notifications through.

So should still have the Charge 3 act like the Charge 2 - which just won’t allow notifications durring do not disturb; so I can fall asleep.

Regards,

Mark
