Unfortunately, the latest iOS update seems to have broken the pair bond with my wife's Charge2. It is constantly looking for the tracker every time she goes to sync. Today I have restarted the tracker a dozen times at least, deleted and reinstalled the iOS app, and re-paired the Bluetooth bond only to have it stop working a few moments later. Frustrating as hell since it had been working pretty well until this morning.

Hello @Kurtpimentel and @StevieMede, it's nice to see you around. Thank you @WendyB for moving the post and keeping the forums organized!
@StevieMede, in this case I would like to recommend to check the Bluetooth settings on the phone you're using to sync your wife's tracker and check if Charge 2 is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. After that, try to set up the tracker as a new device in her account to reset the connection between the phone and the tracker.
To set it up as a new device:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
Give it a try and if this process doesn't seem to work, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.
Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!

When selecting an adventure it would crash the app. Went back and forth with support about it, worked through all the solutions offered here (lots of individuals seemed to have same issue). Net was the recent update to app fixed the crashing. Keeping fingers crossed that new iOS update today doesn't break it again.

Hi @Kurtpimentel, I hope you're doing well. Thank you for letting me know about this situation and I'm very glad that the Fitbit app is no longer crashing when selecting an adventure.
If there's anything else I can do for you, feel free to reply! Happy stepping.
