My Fitbit battery died and I had lost the charger. Finally found it about 2 weeks later and charged my Fitbit today. I also got a new iPhone 7 while the charger had been lost. My old phone has been erased and I no longer have it. When I try to sync my fitbit to the new phone, I can get so far as to enter a 4 digit code, but it doesn't ever connect. When I go to my Bluetooth settings, the Fitbit doesn't connect there either. I have gotten other devices to connect, it's not a problem with my Bluetooth. I've turned my phone off and on, updated my software, restarted the HR while it was plugged in to the charger, and deleted and re downloaded the app. What else can I do to get it to connect???

Hello @Wilderint, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Fitibt trackers pair using the Fitbit app, not directly through the Bluetooth settings and having tried several troubleshooting steps, I would like to give you some pointers that might be helpful in this situation:
In case your tracker is still unable to pair, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've tried so far, I'm sure they will be happy to get you back on track.
Let me know the outcome!
