I was invited to a workplace challenge but never received the email invite. But when I go into my app it shows me as invited, but I don't see any option to join the challenge. And it started at midnight tonight.

Challenges can only be performed by up to 10 people, if the app doesn't show you an option to join it might be possible 10 people are already in the challenge and it's currently not accepting new participants. Is this the first time you don't receive the invitation email or has it happened before? If so, please check Notifications on your online Dashboard. Check if the email box is checked under Challenges, if it is, uncheck it and check it back to reset notifications.
