@jerbear66 welcome to the Community.

Out of curiosity, what type of iOS device are you trying to download the Fitbit App on?

Also, what software version is your iOS device running (ie iOS 10, iOS 9.3, etc)?

Lastly, are you able to download the Fitbit App using this link?

Keep me posted!

Hello @Senior71, it's nice to see you around.

Would it be possible the Active Minutes tile is hidden? If you're able to see the rest of your information, (steps, floors, calories and distance) this might be the case. Please scroll down until you're able to see a pink Edit button. Tap on the button, this will show any hidden tile on the app, if Active minutes is hidden it will have a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on it to make it visible, then tap on the pink Done button to save the changes.

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
