iOS Update 2.20 doesnt log you in, specially with FB accounts

Hi there,
I'm the only one that have this issue of not logging into the Fitbit App?? Until yesterday I've been using the app flawless, but since I've updated the latest version, the facebook loging option has dissapear for no reason. I can login on the website but not the app. PLEASE HELP!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Drcbertone Smiley Very Happy! Try the following:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

@Drcbertone Also be sure to update to iOS App version 2.21 that was released earlier this morning! Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
