Ok, it seems that your Charge was unpaired from your account, but don't worry, let me suggest you to follow these instructions in order to set up your tracker:
- Open the Fitbit app on your iPad
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab that is at the bottom
- Tap Set Up a Device
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
Once your tracker is paired, the time and date should appear updated.
