Adding a Fitbit that was previously forgotten

Recently I had an excursion in which I accidentally hit the forget this device on the Fitbit connect app. I have searched throughout the app to fix this problem and I am yet to find a solution. My Fitbit's clock face says 11:47 on March 28th but as of now the true time is actually 7:33 on March 30th. I really need help but I have no idea what to do. I would be very much obliged if someone were to help me with this problem.

Hi @Julian_S it's nice to see new members around! Smiley Very Happy Ok, it seems that your Charge was unpaired from your account, but don't worry, let me suggest you to follow these instructions in order to set up your tracker:

- Open the Fitbit app on your iPad
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab that is at the bottom
- Tap Set Up a Device
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Once your tracker is paired, the time and date should appear updated.

Hope that works! Keep me posted. Smiley LOL

Hi @Julian_S,

You can find a "Setup New Device Button if you:

1. Open the Fitbit App.

2. Click the Account button in the bottom right-hand corner.

3. And the button should be near the top of the screen under the tile with your name on it.

Hope this helps!
