It has been a month now, and I have updated, installed, uninstalled, reverted back to normal settings, changed settings, and nothing works. I rely on the vibration to tell me I have a message or a phone call. Not impressed. And of FitBit choose to comment, I have already tried all your supposed fixes!

Hi, @GetItSorted , are you on iOS13? There is currently a known issue with that updgrade and notifications, so it really is a matter of waiting for the fix from Fitbit.
If you are on an earlier iOS version, then someone may be able to help you get it working if you are a little more specific re what you are exoeriencing and what you have tried, as there is not a known issue with earlier versions of iOS and most people do seem to be able to get notifications.
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Hi, I am in the latest IOS, and whilst I appreciate it is a known issue, the wait is getting ridiculous now.
I also received an update for the FitBit app, which I have installed, thinking I might be one of the lucky one’s and it would sort it. Sadly not
