I can’t post, comment or cheer at all on the app it just gets deleted. Been like this for 27 days now. Done various updates in the App Store, logged out/in, deleted and reinstalled but still hasn’t changed. Any ideas??

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and sharing the steps that you've tried so far. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? Does the same happen regardless of the group you're interacting in?
I understand you've tried some steps, but please try rebooting your phone to ensure the performance of the Fitbit app.

I have done everything. Delete, install, reboot phone, update app. Nothing works. Don’t matter what group I post it just disappears. Been 48 days now since it would last work and still no better

I was checking your details and I noticed that you already have a case created with our Support team. It seems you were sent an email with further instructions, so please make sure to exhaust their suggestions and reply back to them with the outcome. They have access to all your information, and I'm sure they'll continue helping you with this matter.
