iOS app bug - exercise hr graph

Fitbit iOS app version 4.09.1

When I navigate to a recent exercise in the Fitbit app, the info is displayed, including the HR graph. Aside from the HR graph being fairly inaccurate, there is a bug in the app.

If you hold and scroll over the HR graph to see the HR data for individual times, it does not properly display the HR, instead it shows some "hour/minute" measurement which does not correspond to anything. See the attached screenshot.
Thank you.

A) I didn't even know that was a thing you could do!

B) This issue doesn't happen to me in v4.09, so perhaps they broke it in 4.09.1 - I'll upgrade it soon and see.

@Mikoss - I upgraded to 4.09.1 the other day and I can't reproduce the issue you're seeing.

Ok... here is a link to a screen capture. You may need to try looking at a few graphs - the graph I had from yesterday displayed properly, but this one from last week has the bug. Most of them do.

I can guarantee you it's still an issue. I'm running iOS 17.3 (21D50) and Fitbit app version 4.09.1

Thanks 🙂

Just did an upper body strength workout and 20 mins on the treadmill.

Here is another 2 minute screen recording I just took. You can see how the chart loads properly sometimes, and then the next time it won't display HR and keeps showing the chart from 1 hr to 2.5 hrs, yet the time is meaningless.

Oh, I'm not trying to say you aren't having an issue you can clearly and reliably reproduce.

It's so weird. I'm on the same version of the app and iOS as you, on an iPhone 13 Pro. I have looked at about a dozen exercise sessions back as far as a month, and can't get that issue to appear. I have different exercise types (Workout, Run, Spinning, Weights, Skiing, Rowing Machine) and sources (Charge 6, Fitbit for iOS, Fitbit for iPhone), but I can't replicate. I can't imagine the device makes any difference, but maybe? Gotta be something different. Restart? Force quit all your other apps? I dunno.

Hopefully one of the moderators can get this in front of someone to look at, or if nothing else someone can reproduce this. Sure is odd.

Yeah no worries. I've restarted my phone, and I've force quit the Fitbit app since it has a tendency to hang/crash every once in a while. I'll try uninstalling/reinstalling the app maybe. I also haven't activated premium yet, so not sure if that would affect the charts or not.
