iOS app calories not updating after deleting exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

If I put in an exercise class it says I have more calories left. Yet when I delete that class it’s not deleting the calories left for the day. This just happened with the new update. Can this be fixed. I’ve tried clearing the exercise in every way and it shows that the class is deleted but the calories aren’t adjusting.

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the calories left for the day after you delete your exercise. Thank you for your efforts and the additional details, I am glad to assist you. I recommend to log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the app, restart your phone, open the Fitbit app and log back into your account. I could see that you got in touch with our Support team about this. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
